Soror Beatrice Welters Beatrice Welters - Beatrice W. Welters has been US Ambassador to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago since March 2010. Mrs. Welters founded An-Bryce Foundation, which provides multiple settings for underserved youth to become confident thinkers by providing an environment that stimulates the curiosity for learning and the discovery of self. Mrs. Welters was honored with the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service and longstanding commitment to philanthropy in 2008.
Soror Sarah Greene Sarah Greene - Sarah M. Greene was the Chief Executive Officer of the National Head Start Association (NHSA). NHSA is dedicated to meeting the concerns of the Head Start community and represents more than 900,000 children, 148,000 staff members and 2,196 Head Start programs nationwide. Among her duties at the Alexandria-based association, Ms. Greene supervised office operations to ensure implementation of NHSA's goals and objectives as established by the Board of Directors, acts as ambassador and advocate for the Head Start community and provides insight for the future direction of Head Start. Ms. Greene's ambassadorship has taken her to an international level. With Head Start delegates from across the United States, she served as delegation leader in educational exchange programs to Australia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, China and Paris, France.
Soror Reverend Lucille C. Norville-Perez M.D

Reverend Lucille C. Norville-Perez, M.D. - Dr. Perez is the President and CEO of the Cave Institute (thecaveinstitute.com), a non-profit firm, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, that focuses on health policy and research with a special emphasis on faith and ethics.

Dr. Perez is a former National Health Director for the Health Advocacy Department of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the 102nd president of the National Medical Association (NMA)-the largest and oldest association of African-American physicians.

Soror Elaine McDowell PH.D Elaine McDowell, Ph.D. - Elaine McDowell has more than thirty years of experience in administering treatment, research and prevention programs in the alcohol, drug abuse and mental health fields. During her tenure with the U.S. Federal Government, she rose to the highest career level in the Senior Executive Service. She is the recipient of a multitude of awards including, the National Medical Association’s Award for Outstanding Leadership in Improving Health Care in the Black Community; awards from the National Association of Children of Alcoholics, the Boys and Girls Club of America, and the National Association of Native American Children of Alcoholics.
Soror Linda Thompson

Linda Thompson - Ms. Thompson earned a BA degree in English from Lincoln University and an MBA from Strayer University. Ms. Thompson is currently the Acting Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity at U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to joining U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, she was the Executive Director of Bethel House, Inc., a non-profit faith-based organization, where she coordinated one of the first faith-based sponsored welfare-to-work job readiness program in the Washington metropolitan area. She has also served as the National Executive Director of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. for ten years.

Soror Thelma Duggin

Thelma Duggin is President of the AnBryce Foundation, an organization that provides long-term academic and leadership enrichment programs to underserved youth. Prior to joining the AnBryce Foundation, Ms. Duggin was a Senior Vice President at UnitedHealth Group (UHG). Before joining UHG, she served as President of Americhoice of New York and Americhoice of New Jersey, Inc. Ms. Duggin previously served as a Special Assistant to President Reagan and Director of the 50 States Project for Women, and as Coordinator of Minority Affairs to Former Secretary of Transportation, Elizabeth Dole. Ms. Duggin completed the General Management program at Harvard Business School and was a resident fellow at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. She holds a B.S. degree from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, and an honorary doctorate from Morris Brown College.
