Leadership Development

The Nu Xi Zeta Leadership Institute is designed specifically for current members of the Chapter and focuses on skill building, 360 degree leadership assessments and peer coaching. The four leaders who graduated in the inaugural class achieved several of their professional and personal goals during the program.
