Welcome to the Nu Xi Zeta Chapter

Serving the Alexandria and Arlington communities since 1986.

A Message from Our President

Rhonda D. Anderson
Chapter President

Dear Alexandria and Arlington Communities,

As President of the Nu Xi Zeta Chapter, I am honored to share our dedication to amplifying the Extraordinary Power of S.H.E. throughout the City of Alexandria and Arlington County.

The Extraordinary Power of S.H.E. empowers Zetas to be intentional in advancing Social Justice, Health Justice, and Economic Justice for all. This foundational principle guides our work at the local level as we strive to create meaningful and lasting change within our community. For 40 years, our chapter has been dedicated to uplifting our community through purposeful service and meaningful connections.

I envision the Nu Xi Zeta Chapter continuing to execute our mission by being focused on our P.E.A.R.L.S.: Prioritizing Excellence, Amplifying our Roots, and Leveraging Sisterhood. This purpose shapes how we show up in our community through meaningful service, intentional relationships, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. Our sisterhood is only the beginning; together, we extend that spirit of care and service to individuals and families throughout Alexandria and Arlington.

Our greatest impact comes when we come together. By cultivating meaningful relationships with residents, community organizations, and local leaders, we can expand our reach and create lasting change. Whether you are a long-time partner, a prospective member, or a first-time visitor, we welcome the opportunity to work alongside you for the betterment of our region.

As we move forward together, we look forward to creating a community where everyone has greater opportunities to thrive. I invite you to explore our programs, upcoming events, and ways to join us in service.

In service and sisterhood,

Rhonda D. Anderson, Chapter President
